The Hotel The Hotel comprises of 21 ensuite bedrooms together with two executive and honeymoon suites. The Sharnbrook Hotel Tariffs Valid from 1st January 08 to 31st December 08 * We have 21 double/twin bedrooms - 2 of which have purpose built disabled access- Double/Twin Room with double occupancy is £95 inc vat & full/continental breakfast Single Occupancy is £85 inc vat & full/continental breakfast * We have two Exec/Bridal Suites available: The Positano Suite / The Sorrento Suite is £145 inc vat & full/continental breakfast based on single/double occupancy. Cots & Single Pop up beds are available at an additional cost of £12.50 each per under 12, or additional £25 each per over 12/adult, subject to availability. CANCELLATION POLICY Reservations must be cancelled 48 hours in advance of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the entire reservation will be charged. The cancellation policy may vary per room type; please check the room description as well. COMMENTS: - All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. - Rates are per room per night only include VAT at the current rate. - Settlement of the bill in full, less any advance payments must be made prior to departure from the hotel. There is no charge, and any deposit paid will be returned, if a guaranteed reservation is cancelled in line with the hotels policy. GROUP BOOKING POLICY: Reservations where 6 or more rooms under the same name for the same arrival date will be classed as a Group Booking and may require a deposit or full pre-payment before the date of arrival.
